As a Lead Workday Enterprise Architect, you will provide strategic guidance, planning and best practices to executive leaders to make investment decisions that align with the long-term vision of the organization.  

• You will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and roadmap to continuously improve a broad and diverse suite of technologies, solutions and services.  
• As a member of this team, you will research key business performance indicators and industry trends to proactively propose solutions that are aligned to business objectives, current and emerging business needs.  
• You will create broad architecture standards, policies and procedures as well as provide architectural leadership, guidance and support for the broader architecture community across the organization.  
• Your responsibilities will include generating project basis of estimates for performance, scalability, sustainability and maintainability, while also managing the overall architectural roadmap, including prioritizing workflow.   
• You will enable business and IT leaders to make process, data and technology investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands and opportunities with the long-term strategic vision of the enterprise.  
• Finally, you will also maintain accountability throughout the lifecycle of architecture, from recommendations to implementation and realization of value. 
  
  Basic Qualifications
• At least 10 years of total combined work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 3 years of system engineering and/or system architecture work experience
  • At least 7 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
    • ERP application work experience
    • Experience with Payroll integrations, a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• AT least 5 years of Workday application work experience: HR & Payroll
• ITIL Foundations/ Service Management – AXELOS

Expectations

• Relocation to Farmington, NM to work on client site preferred
• If unable to relocate, Willing to travel up to 25%
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $39.95 to $85.67 per hour; from $83,100 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
