• 7 am – 5 pm 
• Care team model 
• 3,100 cases per year 
• General, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, podiatry, endoscopy, OB

 

Requirements 

• Active state license | DEA 
• Board certification | Board eligible if in process 
• ACLS | PALS
