Senior Product Designer

Our customer value comes from our ability to solve multiple problems with a single solution. This means that you could be working on several product areas (we refer to them as separate ‘apps’) at the same time. Our value to the user compounds with each additional app that we deliver, so speed to delivery is key.</li> <li>You will work in squads to deliver high fidelity designs, support engineering through building, QA and then iteration of these apps.</li> <li>You will work very closely with real customers and design partners to validate ideas, baking real customer feedback into the design process.</li> <li>You will use Figma to design, Jam to QA, Linear to manage tasks, and Loom to share your work.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Being based and <strong>authorised to work in the UK or in Portugal.</strong> </li> <li>Experience designing at product-led companies ideally as part of a <strong>high-growth and fast paced startup or tech company.</strong> </li> <li>Proven experience in <strong>all phases of product design</strong> - user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI, UX and usability testing.</li> <li>Intuitive <strong>eye for customer needs.</strong> </li> <li>Experience with design tools (e.g. <strong>Figma</strong>) and design systems.</li> <li> <strong>Well-rounded portfolio</strong> with a strong understanding of user needs.</li> <li>Ability to <strong>translate design requirements</strong> easily to Engineering teams.</li> <li> <strong>Quick at iterating</strong> based on user feedback.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>communication</strong> (in <strong>English</strong>) skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li> </ul><p></p><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Previous experience designing <strong>numeric data or financial products</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Salary: Up to £90k p.a. + option package.</li> <li>Holidays: 23 days p.a. + the days between Christmas &amp; New Year + Public Holidays.</li> <li>Pension Contributions.</li> </ul>
