Position Summary

**This position is following a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite and two days from home**

As a Manager for the Business Compliance Office (BCO) located within the CVS Health Corporate Compliance Division, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and implement compliance initiatives within the Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and Nursing business.  Additionally, your responsibilities will include owning relationships with Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and Nursing business owners and key stakeholders to ensure processes are enhanced or implemented to effectively address compliance requirements. 

As a key part of the Business Compliance Office you will track, analyze, and interpret compliance performance to support best in class results. This position will work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues from across the organization. You will work with and influence decision makers within Compliance, Legal, and Operations across all business segments. A key role of this position is working with business partners to develop and implement compliance strategies.

The Manager for the Business Compliance Office will:

• Review new mandates (laws and regulations) pertaining to Specialty Infusion (Compounding Pharmacy) and Nursing business practices.

• Coordinate with Legal and Regulatory partners to identify applicability to the Specialty Infusion and Nursing business segments.

• Lead the company’s compliance efforts with Specialty Infusion and Nursing business segments to implement processes or programs to comply with any new law or regulation pertaining to areas which include compounding, infusion pharmacy practice and/or infusion nursing practices. 

• Implement mitigation plans and monitor business segment compliance with pharmacy Settlement Agreements. 

• Establish working relationships with process owners to drive and implement business practice enhancements to increase the compliance program effectiveness. 

• Actively participate in applicable business working groups/committees for areas of responsibility. 

• Drive compliance of initiatives to completion and validate their effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of infusion compounding pharmacy experience.

• 2+ years of knowledge of all USP 795 (Non-Sterile Compounding) and 797 (Sterile Compounding) standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of infusion nursing operations.

• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations impacting infusion compounding operations.

• Knowledge of USP 800 (Hazardous Drug Compounding) standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or s
