Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Iowa State University is offering one immediate Postdoc Research Associate position. The selected candidate will be actively involved in projects on Quantum Computing. The selected candidate will work closely with researchers from Iowa State and other collaborators in design scalable Circuit Cutting techniques for Quantum Variational Algorithms.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD in EE, CS, Computer Engineering, Physics, or other related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have demonstrated experience and achievements in Quantum Machine Learning, and Quantum Circuit Cutting,
- Have an outstanding academic track record and well developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have contributed to the preparation of papers and talks for prestigious journals and international conferences.
