SUMMARY:
This Business Analyst is a high visibility, high impact position, that plays a vital role at Allworth Financial. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to contribute to organic growth by supporting inside sales operations, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. With strong data gathering and analysis skills, the Business Analyst will ensure data is clean and accurate while developing summaries and recommendations that can be used by stakeholders throughout the organization to make data-led decisions. By effectively coordinating with internal resources and vendors, the Business Analyst will ensure projects are successfully completed within the established timeframe. With a focus on continuous improvement, the Business Analyst will proactively identify potential process improvements and/or and technology gaps and develop recommendations and execution plans.
This is a full-time, Exempt role based out of Addison, TX with some in-office work. The ideal candidate would be open to be in the office during their training period.
The base salary range for this role is $72,000-$90,000 per year depending on experience, with the potential for an annual bonus and merit increase based on your performance and the company's performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and transform data in a meaningful way and provide additional context as necessary so that it is ready for analysis
- Prepare and present reports on campaign/lead channel performance, including strategies for addressing underperforming areas
- Create enterprise and department level reports as well as management dashboards
- Develop and execute processes that ensure superior data integrity in Salesforce, along with other application
- Support capacity planning and develop forecast
- Support performance optimization efforts by maintaining and monitoring reports that track KPIs
- Develop a deep understanding of our functional domain, systems landscape and sources of data
- Maintain documentation related to datasets and analysis and ensure that everyone on the team uses the same language and definitions
- Discover opportunities for the department to improve its systems and processes
- Collaborate with functional teams across the company on projects that help them gain insights about downstream results
- Identify emerging solutions to be assimilated, integrated and introduced within the company; drive innovation and creative solutions to business challenges
- Support members of the inside sales team when they have questions about data or processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data
- 3+ years of experience using a CRM
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office products specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Expertise with data modeling and related analytics techniques
- Demonstrated ability to align reports/analytics with the needs of the business
- Previous experience auditing and validating information in a data-rich environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Driven, results oriented, professional
