MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with data scientists, business intelligence developers, and AI application developers to understand what data they need to supply their products and solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL pipelines that extract data from the data sources needed, transform/integrate/cleanse the data as required, and supply the data to the models, dashboards, and AI applications.
• Use Informatica PowerCenter to build and administer the data pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years’ performing data engineering tasks, including extract/transform/load (ETL) design and development, data cleansing, and data pipeline maintenance
• 2+ years’ with Informatica PowerCenter development and administration
• Experience with software development, such as AWS, web services, Oracle, Java, and Python
• Experience as a public sector consultant
• Holds a CompTIA Security+ certification or can obtain one before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PySpark
• Experience with US Air Force

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship with a Secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel (10% or less).
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $114,700.00-$191,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests
