Job Description

Drive key HR processes for assigned client group(s), and support HR programs.  Provide first line of consultation with associates and managers regarding HR programs and policies.

• Provide counseling to associates and managers on HR and Company process and procedures.  Elevate issues to proper level of management when necessary.  Focusing more on the management topics.  Recommend and/or develop programs.
• Drive annual HR processes for business teams (salary reviews, performance dialogues, talent assessments, etc)
• Process all associate changes/moves, including international assignments.  Responsible for submitting processing tickets for HR actions and organization maintenance through HRIS team.  All submission must be accurate and thorough.
• Coordinate the intern programs, domestic and international.  Keep records updated.
• Conduct in-person interviews.  Partner with the recruiter to gather all new hire paperwork and submit via ticketing solution.  Provide day one orientation.
• Work on HR projects as assigned.
• Participate in site and area Diversity group(s).
• Facilitate leadership and HR process trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or like fields required.  Additionally, HR professional certification preferred (i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• 5+ years of related HR experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of US employment laws and regulations (STD, LTD, FMLA, etc).
• Ability to communicate professionally to all levels, both oral and written.
• Experience with counseling managers and associates on company and HR programs and policies.
• Experience with benefit, salary and performance administration.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to self-regulate time/projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS system (preferably SAP) experience
