Admissions Representative, Bartram Inpatient Hospital, Part-time Weekends

Hours: Part-time weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 12pm - 8pm with options to do 12pm - 6pm or 12pm - 4:30pm as well 

Responsibilities

• Distributes pre-admission forms to each department.
• Signs in patient upon arrival.
• Obtains copies of patient’s insurance information.
• Verifies all patient data and corrects as needed.
• Calls secondary insurance companies for pre-certifications.
• Creates and files business office/admission charts.
• Responsible for the production and distribution of patient education manuals.
• Verifies compliance with regulatory standards.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school graduate with Business curriculum. 
• Two to three years secretarial/office experience.
• Must be a team player and have personality skills.
