The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is actively seeking a Mid-Level Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health (RM&SH) Engineer for the Space Launch System (SLS) program in either Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF), Louisiana, or Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Florida.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risk of system failure and support proposed changes in design using National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) methodology.
Review supplier submittals from a RM&SH perspective.
Mentor early career engineers and analysts.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Experienced, Level 3: Typically, 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
Lead, Level 4: Typically, 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
Some SLS program experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to obtain NASA badge/access
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range, Experienced Level 3: $97,750 - $ 132,250
Summary pay range, Lead level 4: $ 119,850 - $162,150
