Senior Data Analyst

As the Senior Data Analyst you will increase our member engagement rate by analyzing and mining data for opportunities we can exploit with improved member marketing. You will investigate our top-to-bottom member funnel in highly sophisticated ways; uncover the root cause of the results; propose ideas to improve member activation, quantifying the impact of each proposal; and measure channel attribution to help EDH double down on the most effective ways to increase member utilization. Ultimately, your efforts will directly lead more patients to accessible, affordable, and high-quality surgery they would not have otherwise had – and unlock meaningful revenue for the business.

About the Team 

The Commercial Strategy & Operations (Revenue Operations) team supports the President and his entire go-to-market team, including marketing, sales, account management, client success, channel partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and consultants), enablement, and provider networks. The team is small but growing. As an early member of the team, you'll have a meaningful impact on the short-term revenue trajectory of the company and set the foundations for long-term growth.
