Your Role at Baxter

We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Marketing and Sales Manager with a track record of impactful work to join our world-class team at Baxter Healthcare Corporation. As a Sr Mgr in Marketing and Sales, you will have a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and crafting the future of our organization. If you are an ambitious and proven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills and make a significant impact. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the strategic local marketing plan, considering all Front Line Care product lines, to achieve the objectives defined by the Regional and local Marketing organization, ensuring the achievement of the established goals in the budget (income, expenses, and profitability) for each of the lines, under your responsibility!

What you´ll be doing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote our products and services in the LATAM region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine target audiences and develop effective marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and potential opportunities.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Monitor and evaluate important performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure flawless execution of marketing activities
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials
• Stay informed about the latest marketing strategies and industry developments to consistently enhance our marketing efforts.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in B2B Hospital marketing
• 12+ years of experience in Pharmaceitucal Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine effective marketing strategies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to successfully implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
