Director of Revenue Accounting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Revenue Accounting based in Canada.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end revenue recognition and partner economics across a complex, fast-scaling business environment. The position sits at the intersection of technical accounting, data systems, and commercial operations, with a mandate to transform manual accounting workflows into scalable, automated processes. You will play a key role in designing and implementing an automated revenue and invoicing infrastructure within NetSuite while ensuring compliance with advanced accounting standards such as ASC 606 ASC 606. The role requires close collaboration with data engineering, legal, and business development teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of financial operations. You will also serve as the main finance point of contact for external partners, helping resolve disputes and interpret complex contractual arrangements. This is a highly autonomous role with broad ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership, and significant influence over financial integrity and operational efficiency.
