Marketing Production Designer

Sinch SimpleTexting is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Production Designer to create appealing, on-brand, and scalable graphics for our blog, social and paid ad platforms. You’ll work primarily with our Lead Brand Designer and Brand Manager. You will also receive feedback from and collaborate with our content and demand gen teams.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, images, layouts, and animations for digital media, including website pages, blog posts, social media posts, videos, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborate with all marketing sub-teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives in order to conceptualize and execute visual designs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and digital best practices
• Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to inform your design decisions, ensuring that your designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically effective.
• Prepare and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to deliver high-quality final designs.
• Embrace an agile, fast-paced work environment that will challenge you to create high-quality visuals within time constraints. We understand art is never complete, but our work only produces results when it meets the market.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.
• Maintain a well-organized design library and asset management system to easily access and share design files, ensuring efficient workflow and project collaboration.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of graphic design experience. Animation and motion designs are a plus. You must have a strong portfolio of diverse design projects.
• You are highly proficient in (and have a deep love for) Figma.
• You’re also comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• You demonstrate innovative creativity, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs. You can educate visual learners to understand complex subjects.
• You care deeply about your audience and the problems your business solves for them, which is reflected in your art.
• You have a low ego and are generally a good human being. :)
• You are adaptable, curious, and a self-starter.
• You are motivated by a challenge and have a growth mindset.
• We are 100% location and timezone independent — but you’ll want to be close to EST or CET to collaborate.

Salary:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $72,000 - $85,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
