About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use):

The role focuses on testing Agentic AI systems that will support the flagship web platform of S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Conduct thorough testing of GenAI-powered Web UIs to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for chat assistant applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new updates or changes.
• Integrate testing processes within the agile development framework to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Implement strategies to detect defects early in the development cycle, minimizing potential impacts on project timelines and quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance, particularly in testing web applications including load-testing.
• Familiarity with testing GenAI applications and chat assistant interfaces.
• Experience working within agile development environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and technologies.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Knowledge of GenAI technologies and applications.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
