How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• You’ll collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders to establish clear communications processes
• As part of your day-to day you’ll confidently draft communications material in a variety of formats to be distributed internally
• You are excited by the task of contributing to organization-wide communications projects with the support of your manager
• This involves undertaking internal and external research of communications best practices
• You’ll be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations that go to stakeholders in the business
• In addition you will organise calendar invites for meetings

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

• You have a university degree, preferably in the field of strategic communications, public relations, internal communication, or journalism
• You have work experience in corporate communications or HR (1-3 years)
• Business-fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity are essential to this role
• You possess project management skills and conceptual competence
• A creative and solution-oriented thinking set you apart
• You are self-driven, resilient and open-minded, and deliver reliably in a dynamic environmenYou are a team player with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
