About the Role
The Associate Brand Manager for TUMS drives brand performance through strong analytics, effective cross-functional collaboration, and flawless marketing execution. You will analyze business and KPI trends to identify growth opportunities, lead national brand programs across digital, social, shopper, and e-commerce channels, and ensure high-quality agency deliverables. You will also manage packaging artwork updates, support innovation pipeline development, and own the digital shelf to strengthen consumer engagement and brand health.
This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ location.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Analytics
Analyze business performance to identify drivers and drainers, recommending actions to strengthen brand health and consumption.
Prepare regular KPI dashboards, including consumption, share, equity, media, and digital performance.
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to enhance forecasting accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
2. Marketing Plan Execution
Develop strategies and tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs, including consumer promotions, social media, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs that drive engagement at retail.
Coordinate with creative, media, and shopper agencies to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Digital Commerce: Own the digital shelf, including claims, content, images, portfolio optimization, and ratings & reviews.
3. Project Management
Artwork Management: Lead and manage all packaging graphics updates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, legal requirements, quality standards, and regulatory approvals.
Innovation Pipeline: Assist in the development and execution of a robust innovation pipeline, including consumer testing, business cases, and commercialization support.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Digital Marketing, including familiarity with market insight systems/sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, Ipsos, Kantar), digital analytics, social listening, and performance media dashboards.
Experience leading/executing marketing campaigns/initiatives.
Must be data-driven, with the ability to identify patterns, drivers, and opportunities, and capable of distilling data into insights.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and propose solutions rather than waiting for direction.
Ability to manage multiple projects and track progress effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and adapt to different audiences.
Must be comfortable navigating evolving digital tools, platforms, and content requirements.
Actively seeks consumer insights and incorporates them into decisions; understands how consumers shop, behave online, and perceive brands.
High learning agility and curiosity.
Preferred Skills:
MBA or master’s degree in a related field.
Experience preferably in CPG.
Knowledge of executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
Experience working with creative, media, and shopper agencies.
Understanding of P&L drivers, category dynamics, or brand management.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is: $115,765 - $144,706 plus an annual bonus.
