Job Summary:

Processes and analyzes marketing data and summarizes key takeaways, relevant information and next best actions. Tracks, reports, and analyzes the performance of marketing activities, executing ad-hoc marketing and consumer behavior analytic requests, and developing and automating regular campaign performance reports. Provides actionable insights and research to address key strategic questions and maintains the enterprise-wide healthcare consumer research program.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, research or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Three years’ analytics, market research or survey research experience: Required
  • Five years' marketing analytics, market research or survey research experience in health care setting: Preferred
  • Experience building marketing analytics dashboards: Required
  • Experience with analytic databases, SQL dashboards and queries: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Develops and automates marketing campaign analytics dashboards, including media performance, spend, tactics and conversions connected to resulting clinical encounters and financials. Presents marketing campaign results to various stakeholders, sharing recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conducts market research to analyze consumers' insights, behaviors and propensity data to identify trends and marketing opportunities that contribute to overall marketing strategy. Provides location specific analysis to understand various market dynamics, consumer demographics and identify relevant audiences for marketing strategies and messaging. Utilizes a CDP, consumer data platform, to develop target lists and cohorts for marketing campaigns. Executes ad-hoc marketing analytics projects. Executes ad-hoc consumer research projects, to include primary and secondary research.
  • Suggests metrics to be used to define success criteria, produces and presents results including dashboards, presentations and recurring reports that find opportunities to craft consumer experiences and inform internal strategic decisions. Develops and reports easily consumable, visualized dashboards of customer and ad metrics for key stakeholders and executives with actionable insight call-outs.
  • Conducts ad hoc/custom market research and advertising research studies, collaborating with internal clients to identify research objectives, methods and study population. Designs survey questions and determines list specifications and obtains lists. Oversees data collection, analyzes data, writes and/or reviews reports, provides relevant, actionable recommendations and communicates findings to internal clients. Serves as overall project manager. Works with marketing and communications team members to understand region and market-specific consumer information needs.
  • Recommends metrics, reports and studies based on business needs, best practices and user research. Provides sound research methodologies, making a case for proposed methods of data collection. Contributes to process improvement and automation of reports and dashboards, where applicable. Collaborates among cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure the alignement of marketing strategy and overall business objectives.

The estimated base pay for this position is $103,727 to $155,590. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.  Please contact our Talent Acquisition team for more information.
