STOREROOM COORDINATOR

Job DetailsJob Location: Natchez / PM - Natchez, MS 39120Maintain inventory, spare parts/components (order and condition), and supply (inventory level). Manage Storeroom (area and operation) complying with Corporate record keeping and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Compile records related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and shipping materials, supplies and equipment.

2. Compile data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions and accounting reports.

3. Enter "Part" information into Syspro and work order system to maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, use and shipping records.

4. Compile stock control records and information such as consumption rate and items in storage to determine stock supply need for replenishment.

5. Prepare requisitions, purchase orders or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock items.

6. Manage "tool crib", includes distribution. tool inventory, inspection, inspection documentation and notification for repairs and/or replacement.

7. Assist with management of annual Operation Inventory.

8. Maintain spare parts - a) Keep clean / dry, b) rotate motors, pumps eetc and document as required, c) assure "rotation of age sensitive parts/supplies.

9. Receive and inventory spare parts, manufacturing and support operation supplies, and assist Manufacturing Groups with ordering (paper processing) of Application Chemicals.

10. Move parts and supplies from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Ability to perform work sitting or standing; manual dexterity to enter data into computer system.

2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stoop, bend, reach, climb.

3. Ability to operate Forklift/Clamptruck

4. Visual Acuity and verbal communications skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in inventory control or logistics. Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in parts supply, inventory or logistics. Self-motivated, good work ethic.
