As a Compensation Advisor within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location.Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
This position will support business segments within the Retail line of business, specifically Small Business and Home Lending. Candidate will work with senior leadership and partners, so strong communication skills and attention to detail are needed. Strong analytical skills are required, including proficiency in Excel and experience in Tableau.
Job Description
- Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation.
- Conducts job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay.
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommending plan revisions to compete with market trends. Provides compensation recommendations to business partners based on •various factors, such as market trends and peer equity analysis, to remain competitive and equitable, as well as attract and retain talent.
- Creates and prepares reports and presentations for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
