The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Clinical Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Utilizing clinical nursing knowledge to identify relevant clinical data from electronic health record (EHR) documents.
Providing content support to Solventum end-user products by applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) in a clinical setting.
Supporting informatics and technical requirements for continuous improvement of the design and content of Solventum clinical products.
Educate and coordinate content utilization with other Solventum departments and customers.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in Nursing (AS RN, BSN RN) AND six (6) years of clinical practice/experience.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Active RN license
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in biomedical or nursing informatics.
Experience working with clinical terminology standards (e.g. SNOMED CT, LOINC and RxNorm) or in clinical Natural Language Processing (NLP) in healthcare.
CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) from ACDIS or CDIP (Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner) from AHIMA certification or Two (2) years CDI equivalency.
Good communication, oral presentation and writing skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work well within a fully remote team.
