What you will be doing as an Employee Club Stores Coordinator:
In this role, you can expect to lead the day-to-day operations of two store locations, ensuring smooth merchandise and ticket sales, accurate inventory, and exceptional customer service. You’ll take ownership of deposits, rentals, and weekly and monthly paperwork—keeping everything running efficiently while creating great a experience for both customers and your team.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
· Multi-Location Store Operations: Lead day-to-day operations for two retail locations, ensuring smooth workflows, consistent standards, and positive customer experience across both sites
· Merchandising & Inventory Management: Manage purchasing, pricing, restocking, and inventory control for merchandise, food, and tickets, including year-end inventory counts and coordinated pricing with other locations
· Customer Experience & Membership Services: Deliver high-quality customer service by handling sales transactions, phone inquiries, merchandise assistance, Employees’ Club information, and member onboarding and offboarding
· Financial Operations & Bookkeeping: Oversee cash handling, balance drawers, prepare deposits and change orders, manage accounts payable, reconcile bank accounts, and complete daily, weekly, and month-end bookkeeping
· Team Training & Leadership: Train and support employees on operational procedures, customer service expectations, and point-of-sale processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
· Events & Facility Coordination: Coordinate merchandise sales for special events and oversee shelter and ball diamond rentals at Beech Park, partnering with park staff to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
What you need to be successful:
• A high school education or equivalent is required
• Related experience is helpful
• Ability to multi-task and lift 25 pounds is needed
• Excellent customer service, cashier, and verbal communication skills are needed
• Basic math skills and ability to keep accurate inventory records are needed
