We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Director with extensive Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) experience to develop and oversee large client roadmaps and associated solutions. This position requires a broad range of skills, including servant leadership, strong expectation setting, communication, and presentation skills, plus a proven ability to work cross functionally to deliver services to our largest clients.

What you’ll be doing
- Ensure client adoption of WOTC solution and client optimization of WOTC service
- Consult with clients on WOTC best practices
- Identify client concerns by proactively thinking about and/or working with clients
- Coordinate cross functionally to solve identified concerns
- Cross-collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure we deliver on 100% client commitments
- Serve as a client voice within EES
- Advocate for new product features and functionality to remain competitive in the market and meet client needs
What your background looks like
- You earned your stripes (8-10 years in consulting/professional services, bachelor’s degree)
- Excellent problem solver, who can resolve issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Action-oriented leader with strong communication, prioritization, operational, and planning skills
- Consensus-building abilities with a proven track record of coordinating and mobilizing resources productively
- Outstanding presence and solid communication skills, both written and verbal, who effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
- Proven success navigating large, matrixed organizations.
