Your team
The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.
Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.
You’ll be working as part of the Legacy Transition Team acting as a key liaison between beneficiaries and internal teams, offering clear advice and guidance while addressing any challenges that may arise during the complex process of asset transitioning from decedents.
Your expertise
You have:
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
• familiarity with probate processes, trust administration, and post-mortem financial strategies
• an ability to work with diverse clients, including executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, often in emotionally sensitive situations
• proficiency in analyzing and completing complex cases with a high level of accuracy
• a strong market aptitude and can provide tailored solutions to meet beneficiary needs
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) required
• CFP or desire to obtain through UBS tuition reimbursement program

• exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with excellent listening skills
• capable of managing projects independently, with a high degree of ownership and responsibility
