Senior Manager - Regulatory & Practice Review- Seasonal

As a Regulatory & Practice Review Seasonal Senior Manager you’ll support audit teams for regulatory inspection with all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.

Your day-to-day may include: 

• Supporting audit teams that are selected for regulatory inspection 
• Communicating and interaction with the firm’s regulators 
• Conducting internal inspections of issuer and non-issuer audits 
• Interacting with audit teams and audit leadership on technical matters 
• Being a proactive problem solver and sought-after adviser to audit teams 
• Training and supervising less experienced colleagues and providing consistent, regular feedback 
• Other duties as assigned 

You have the following technical skills, qualifications and abilities: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines 
• Minimum of eight years of progressive public accounting experience with a mid-sized to large firm 
• PCAOB experience preferred 
• An active CPA license (required) 
• Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards 
• Value teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationships 
• Ability to work within a team spread across multiple locations 
• Are curious about or have exposure to automation and digitization tools as part of audits or in the professional services environment 
• Can travel as needed (1-2x per month)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
