Senior Analyst, Ethics & Compliance

I. Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance, the Ethics and Compliance Senior Analyst is responsible for the effective implementation and operation of the company's compliance and ethics program. This includes supporting the administration and oversight of the company's reporting Helpline management of compmliance and ethics policies, procedures, processes, communications, trainings, and other program initiatives. Works closely with peers from HR, internal audit, investigations, corporate security, legal, and other functions to provide guidance on compliance and ethics quiestions and initiatives. In addition, this position will assist with the company's international trade compliance program. This position will be an integral part in continuing to maintain and enhance the company's culture of integrity.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, document and assign for investigation allegations of misconduct or violation of the Company's policy.
- Monitor investigation process to ensure timely handling of a case by an investigator
- Maintain secure database to track investigations
- Provide answers and clarifications to employees seeking advice on the Company's Ethics standard.
- Assist in developing communication materials related to Ethics and Compliance topics.
- Identify potential areas of risk in the company’s compliance procedures and recommend solutions.
- Interface and build rapport with department management, legal, HR, Internal Audit, Corporate Security, Safety, and others who may become involved in investigation.
- Maintain and develop reports as necessary, utilizing the Helpline case management system.
- Understand the Helpline case data thoroughly to assist in trend analysis and identify opportunity areas to improve work environment and culture via process improvements.
- Support the Company's international trade compliance program.
- Act as a subject matter expert to new members of the department, providing daily coaching and advises to ensure consistent work quality within the department.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 4 years of more of working experience in HR, Legal or Internal Audit experience.
B. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiences and experience in handling confidential data and information in a proper manner.
