ABOUT PATH
Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing. 

ABOUT THE JOB
The program manager is responsible for the program's day-to-day operations and supervision of service delivery staff. The incumbent will collaborate with both internal and external departments to enhance accessibility and service delivery for program participants. The incumbent is responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to programmatic policies and procedures. The incumbent will also be responsible for identifying and providing trainings. Position Responsibilities include: 

• Provide clinical oversight of staff and ensure that all program participants receive the services as identified in each participant service plan.
• Create and work within a team environment to ensure staff is knowledgeable and familiar with contract expectations, case management and supervisorial expectations and ensure staff is delivering high quality care.
• Provide individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for assigned staff
• Ensure that services emphasize trauma informed care, client safety, and harm reduction interventions.
• Be available to respond to emergency calls and situations as required by the contract and organization
• Assist in the screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in a range of services
