Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Provide direct leadership to a team of skilled business analysts. Foster growth through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the planning and execution of business analysis efforts across complex projects. Ensure alignment with business goals and successful delivery using best-in-class methodologies.
- Be the Connector: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams. Translate business needs into actionable solutions and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders.
- Solve Complex Problems: Tackle sophisticated system-related challenges with confidence. Deliver timely, accurate documentation and insights that empower project teams and business leaders.
- Champion Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Lead initiatives that deliver measurable results and elevate business performance.
- Influence at All Levels: Engage with senior leadership across departments, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on business systems and analysis practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years' relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with direct reports
- Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $104,900 - $141,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
