They span across executive leadership, sales, marketing, product, and capital markets, and require a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Our team designs and executes partnership plans that align strategic goals, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes for both State Street and our partners. Overview of Role

• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives across high-impact partnerships
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and facilitate partner engagements with senior leadership
• Support project management and streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency
• Develop and maintain global partner plans, including relationship management and strategic goal setting
• Execute governance models, including executive-level engagements and recurring governance forums
• Build strong internal networks across State Street to support a virtual team model
• Serve as a central point of contact and escalation for assigned partnershipsSupport strategic partnerships with analytical analyses and reports
• Collaborate across geographies and time zones, demonstrating adaptability in a global business environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re seeking intellectually curious, relationship-driven individuals with a passion for asset management and strategic execution. You should bring:

• A strong interest in building a long-term career in Asset Management
• Familiarity with Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) and/or the broader asset management industry is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical acumen and a structured approach to problem-solving
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across functions
• Experience working across global teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a commitment to excellence
