HCM Consulting Sales and Advisory Sr. Director
As Consulting Services Sales and Advisor Sr Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to differentiate Oracle Consulting services (either HCM, SCM or EPM), expand the Oracle Consulting install base and achieving annual growth targets for a designated segment of the business. You will work closely with Consulting delivery leadership to define key offerings and with Oracle software sales leadership to identify and execute new business opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with Software Sales Leadership and key Partners to identify new opportunities to expand the consulting business.
Collaborate with the consulting services leadership team to develop and implement plans to create differentiated services offerings and industry-based solutions.
Develop and implement a business development strategy for services to meet or exceed quarter sales targets.
Leverage software and partner relationships to generate and transfer qualified leads to commercial seller for execution and ensuring deals are progressing to meet forecast commitments.
Act as deal quarterback for large joint software strategic deals with Oracle consulting in (Insert LOB) orchestrating consulting sales win strategy, solution definition, and team collaboration across commercial, solution architecture, and delivery organizations.
Provide advisory consulting services on strategic Oracle led projects as well as partner led implementations.
Drive weekly forecasting cadence including collecting latest deal status and ensuring progression of the deals to achieve an accurate quarterly forecast
Develop and lead the consulting services sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with the software and services marketing team to develop and implement effective promotion campaigns to support business development efforts.
Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the GTM strategies, key campaigns, and bookings performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.
Enable commercial teams through webinar’s, team calls, and internal collateral.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications
Strong consulting Sales and Delivery expertise with focus on Oracle HCM solutions.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of experience in consulting service sales, software sales, and/or business development, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate collaborators outside direct reporting relationship to implement sales strategies and achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including consulting services, marketing, and finance.
Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales projections.
Knowledge of the consulting services industry and the competitive landscape.
Strong business sense and a customer-focused mentality.
Ability to collaborate with senior solution delivery leaders and orchestrate their efforts to drive optimal impact to the development of the solution practices through focused selling efforts and consulting solution offering development.
