As the Facilities Director, you will supervise facilities caregivers and provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to teams within the Florida Market. You will oversee 80 buildings in total, including four direct reports and 70 indirect reports. In this role, you will oversee installation, inspections, repairs, trouble shooting and the daily maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, facility equipment and grounds
across these multiple facilities and skilled trades. Through communication with various departments and contractors, you will coordinate facilities work, which will support system-wide initiatives and provide trade expertise. Your goal will be to ensure a safe, functional and comfortable environment for patients, families and staff by leading the team to properly maintain equipment and building systems, reducing delays in
care, preventing safety risks and supporting a positive patient experience.

A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 7:30AM – 4:30PM, with availability to support the team, as needed, on nights and weekends.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Maintain knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensure departmental compliance.
Ensure safe and continuous operations across assigned sub-markets/markets, aligning Preventive Maintenance, operations and testing with State law and applicable codes.
Develop Preventative Maintenance needed for maintaining building systems and trade standards/specifications.
