Job Title: Senior Workday Analyst


Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Workday Analyst to lead the optimization, configuration, and maintenance of our Workday Human Capital Management and Financials systems. The Senior Workday Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our HR and finance technology landscape, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR and financial processes. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Workday functionality, business processes, and ability to mentor and guide junior team members.


Responsibilities:
1.Strategic System Configuration and Enhancement:
•Lead the strategic configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Workday HCM and FIN systems to align with organizational objectives.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience.
•Provide guidance on best practices and industry trends to maximize the potential of the Workday platform.
•Experience with Integrations such as EIB and Studio is a major plus.

2.Project Management:
•Server as a SME for end-to-end implementation of Workday system upgrades, new modules, and manage feature releases.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform UAT, and trains for end users.
•Oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes for Workday projects.


3.Data Analytics and Reporting Excellence:
•Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends from Workday data.
•In collaboration with the data team, develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
•Mentor junior analysts in advanced reporting and analytics methodologies.


4.User Support and Training Leadership:
• Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing complex inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
• Lead training sessions for HR professionals and stakeholders on advanced Workday functionality.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation repository.

5.Thought Leadership and Collaboration:
•Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the Workday ecosystem.
•Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance and Accounting, and other relevant teams to integrate Workday with other business systems and applications.
•Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to leadership on HR technology strategies.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on system configuration and optimization.
3.In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and FIN modules, advanced reporting, and analytics.
4.Strong coordination skills, including experience serving as a SME in Workday implementations.
5.Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
6.Workday certifications, especially at an advanced level, are highly desirable.
