About the role
We're looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to lead the charge in revenue recognition and technical accounting in a high-growth, cloud-based environment. This is a critical role working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, including contract review and technical memo preparation
- Analyze standard and non-standard agreements for performance obligations and SSP analysis
- Partner with Legal and Sales on deal structuring and compliance
- Mentor and lead team members while building scalable revenue processes
- Ensure audit readiness and internal control compliance
Qualifications:
- CPA preferred, with Big 4 or national firm experience highly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in revenue accounting (SaaS/software a must)
- Deep expertise in ASC 606 and technical accounting documentation
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
