Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks among housekeeping staff efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Address and report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate departments.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among team members.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Familiarity with MS Office and housekeeping management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
