Summary of Position 

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Commercial Finance & Strategy Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and financial analysis. Core components of the role include supporting monthly revenue forecasting across several product lines (Primary Care, 24/7 Care, Mental Health, Dermatology, Nutrition, etc.), performing detailed analytics around key performance metrics to generate insights, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the business forward.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monthly Revenue Forecasting & Business Performance Reporting:
  Support monthly revenue and KPI forecast development, including variance analyses, KPIs, and executive-level presentations.
• Cross-Functional Support:
  Act as a strategic partner to commercial and operational teams by delivering insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
  Execute special projects and deep dives that uncover growth opportunities, customer trends, and operational efficiencies.
• Strategic Planning:
  Assist in the development of annual budgets, long-range strategic plans, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with business partners.
• Data Management & Insights:
  Leverage internal systems to gather data and drive meaningful, actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:
 

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.

• Highly organized and process-oriented; strong attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter; knows how and when to escalate
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships within an organization
• Understand the value of producing clean work product, even for internal purposes
• Strong team player skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a diverse workforce
• Proven analytical and inquisitive work style with a keen attention to detail – but also ability to see the big picture
• Ability to interact with and present data to senior management team and business unit leaders
• Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
