Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Valid and active license/certification in your respective field (PT, PTA, OTR, COTA, SLP)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with geriatric populations is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
