• RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: Developing skills in the field of designing and implementing innovative products and solutions, focusing on mechanical, electrical/electronic, and software design, as well as on the implementation of innovative processes, testing, and prototyping of new technological solutions.

• OPERATIONS & MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE: Develop expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management within an international context to optimize and enhance the company’s global operations.
