JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to support our busy and growing teams who help build the homes and businesses in our community. An ideal candidate for this role has good computer knowledge and a knack for details while taking pride in meeting deadlines with efficient and accurate work. You’re the friendly person who handles the variety of administrative duties for residential and commercial projects. When someone has a question or needs something done for the department, you’re the go-to person that we depend on. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances, and at the end of the day, you’ll take pride in knowing you had a role building the single- and multi-family homes, as well as commercial buildings, in our community!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
A typical day as an Office Coordinator might look like: Signing into your computer and getting to work on your daily and weekly tasks, answering and transferring calls, responding timely to emails and customer requests, accurately entering sales orders, and using our computer applications to make sure scheduling and delivery are on track. Customer service at Nonn’s sets us apart from the competition, so every day it’s important for you to take the lead with a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking to build their skills beyond initial work experience in an office or administrative position. If you have 2 or more years in a support role, that’s ideal! We will train you on our computer applications, but you will need to bring your best skills when it comes to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and team communications.
