In this role, you’ll manage a global team that builds scalable, sustainable RPA solutions that not only drive revenue growth but also optimize costs and enhance team efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new automation use cases, streamline business processes, and continually optimize our processes for maximum impact. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the strategy for enhancing automation capabilities, aligning with the company’s vision for growth and innovation.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing automation team, defining roles, responsibilities, and career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to uncover new areas for automation, focusing on optimizing processes and increasing organizational efficiency.
- Implement automation solutions that drive revenue growth while reducing operational costs and improving team efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate automation initiatives, measure performance (KPIs and ROI), and adjust strategies to ensure optimal business outcomes.
- Strategically integrate robotic process automation (RPA) solutions into various business functions to streamline processes, improve productivity, and unlock reinvestment opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external teams, including sales, service delivery, and project management, to educate and champion RPA adoption and drive multiple automation projects to successful completion.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving automation best practices and innovative solutions across the organization.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on automation progress, project milestones, risks, and ROI.
- Define and productize automation for client delivery.
- Shares and contribute best practice, thought leadership, and leverage expertise from across Cielo to contribute to the achievement and evolution of company-wide goal.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Director – Automation will lead a team of (Lead & Senior) RPA Developers, Senior Business Analysts, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in talent solutions, operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading automation initiatives that drive significant business impact.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling teams, with the ability to mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing automation team.
