Bilingual Customer Service HR Assistant -Temp role

Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service HR Assistant -Temp role to assist with a huge employee project

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.

 

Candidate must be flexible working on some weekends and comfortable with traveling between office locations

 

This is a temp-to-hire position

 

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track employment forms in-person or via Zoom
• Carry out clerical duties such as answering/screening phone calls, responding to live chats, and responding to emails
• Pull and organize files and documents
• Review and inspect documents and organize them accordingly
• On-time tracking and upload of documents in the computer system and data entry
• Maintain proficiency in all organizational safe working policies and practices
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other related duties assigned
• Adheres to company policies and work environments

Qualifications

• Must have experience with reviewing different forms of identification, completing I-9, W4, and tax withholding forms
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to read, write, understand, relay written and verbal instructions
• Able to work independently, self-starter
• Have a good working knowledge of computer programs, data entry, and file upload
• The ability to operate various types of material-handling equipment
• This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping indoors
• Must be in adequate physical condition to perform requirements such as mental and physical requirements of role
• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Dress appropriately for particular job duties
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

 

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• US work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
