They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your Tasks &amp; Responsibilites: </b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Plans, budgets, and secures staffing for the projects/programs they manage</li> <li>Effectively completes projects/programs on-time, on-cost, and on-quality</li> <li>Manages risks, issues, and compliance across programs and/or projects under their responsibility</li> <li>Resolves conflicts and effectively escalates topics appropriately on projects or programs they manage</li> <li>Clearly communicates tasks, roles, expectations, and accountabilities to all team members on a regular basis</li> <li>Promotes and develops best practices in program and project management</li> <li>Works across organizational boundaries and functions to drive improvement and resolve escalated issues</li> <li>Documents project and program Lessons Learned to foster continuous improvement</li> <li>Provides training and consulting for other program/project managers when needed</li> <li>Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams</li> <li>Supports different stages of the project management lifecycle, utilizing the tools and techniques to produce reports on performance, budgets, and schedules</li> </ul> <h2><b>What your background should look like:</b></h2> <ul> <li>Generally, requires Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or local equivalent.</li> <li>Formal project/program management education is preferred.
