Job Description
Overview of the Position
Scaled Agile is seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Events Coordinator to join our SAFe Professionals team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events for our RTE (Release Train Engineer) Circle, SPC (SAFe® Practice Consultant) Circle, and 1-to-1 networking events. This role is crucial in fostering a sense of community and knowledge sharing within the SAFe community.
What you’ll be doing:
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute events for the RTE Circle, SPC Circle, Member Workshops and 1-to-1 networking events in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, audio-visual requirements, and other event-related services.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all participants.
- Community Engagement:
- Work closely with SAFe professionals, including RTEs and SPCs, to understand their needs and preferences for events.
- Foster a sense of community by facilitating networking opportunities and collaborative discussions during events.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve future events and enhance participant satisfaction.
- Communication and Promotion:
- Develop and execute communication plans to promote upcoming events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and utilize various channels to reach the target audience.
- Maintain an active online presence to engage with the community and generate interest in events.
- Content Coordination:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that events feature relevant and valuable content.
- Coordinate with speakers, panelists, and presenters to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with the event's objectives.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of events.
- Provide regular reports on event attendance, participant feedback, and other relevant metrics.
Location:
We proudly support a collaborative remote environment for our globally distributed teammates, while also using our Boulder office as a resource.
