ABOUT THE TEAM    

The Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation team shapes and executes SAP’s global strategic initiatives and transformation programs. The team is composed of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in go-to-market, strategy consulting, and business transformation. We collaborate closely with SAP’s global leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive our go-to-market success. We put great emphasis on collaboration, creative problem-solving, analytical expertise, and excellent communication to achieve outstanding results. 

 

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who wants to join our international team to deliver special projects for the go-to-market leads and the Executive Board members. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Position title: SAP Internal Strategic Associate Consultant, – Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation 

Work Area: Office of the CEO, Strategy & Operations, Customer Success 

Location:  Newport Beach Office - Hybrid 3 days a week in office

 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL 

Support the Go-To-Market Strategy and Transformation team – a small, diverse, high performing team with members from tier 1 management consulting companies and experts with strong business background and history in relevant domains. Expect to collaborate with team members across the globe. 
 

Main responsibilities: 

• Support all aspects of problem solving and strategy formulation, including identifying pain points, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and supporting program management aspects 

• Contribute to multiple project teams at the same time, coordinating and working on relevant topics while being a fully respected team member 

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to drive and deliver insights 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

• Bachelor's Degree of Applied Sciences or related field 

• Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Engineering 

• Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge, focus PowerPoint and Excel 

• Language skills: English 

• Preferred previous experience: Strategy and/or Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy and project-based work environments  

• Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style, even in high-pressure situations 

• Strong analytical and communication skills, flexibility and motivation to work in an international and intercultural team 

• Willingness to learn and collaborate 

• Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result
