About the Opportunity

The Research Data Analyst & Software Developer is responsible for developing software for processing life sciences literature and constructing computational models and networks from the results. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Development, integration, deployment and testing of natural language processing and model construction software. 

• Network and model construction and analysis for specific use cases. 

• Preparing reports, presentations, and contributing to publications. 

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computational sciences or engineering. Knowledge of Python programming and version control systems is required.
