Job Summary
Responsible for oversight and management of high impact Comcast Business Operations tools and process initiatives. Effectively oversees Change Management activities for the Program Management Office in delivering programs on time and on budget, including resource allocation. Contributes to creating budget and ensures budget adherence. Contributes to business strategy.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end change management activities for designated initiatives; this includes coordination with the program owner, content team, testing team and training teams.
- Establish a communication methodology and lead meetings to inform stakeholders of overall program status
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, project teams, and affected employees.
- Ensure end-users are equipped with the skills and knowledge for new processes/systems.
- Provide support before, during, and after change implementation.
- Track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of the change.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
- Create various power point presentations to communicate impact and benefits of various initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring initiatives are being delivered on time and all stakeholders and impacted parties are fully aware of the impact of the initiative on their tools and processes.
- Provides leadership and management to the Program Management team. Possesses staffing accountability, including recruitment and retention, hiring & firing, leadership and professional development and performance management.
- Provides support for corporate budgeting and budget tracking.
- Recommends and implements corrective action with the Program Management Office (PMO), as necessary, to improve performance.
- Trains, hires and develops PMO staff. Has performance management responsibilities. Responsible for staff performance and salary and bonus administration.
- Develops and maintains performance metrics to make informed recommendations for strategic decision making.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in change management methodologies, agile practices, best practices and industry standards.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
