About the role

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 3:45pm - 12:15am

What you will do:

As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below:

  • Lead and support a team of assemblers to meet daily production goals.
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train new team members on assembly procedures, tools, and safety protocols.
  • Perform and inspect assembly tasks to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and team performance.
  • Promote a safe, organized work environment and enforce company policies.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and process improvement suggestions.

What you will need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience

Preferred:

  • 3 years of medical device assembly.
  • Medical device, Sub-assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
  • Leadership or Back up leadership experience.
  • Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope.
  • Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
