This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with advanced expertise in SQL and Power BI, and a strong background in consumer finance analytics or financial services. This role is pivotal in analyzing consumer loan portfolios, delivering insights into lending business performance, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building intuitive dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, risk, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance, loan servicing, and collections. Analyze consumer lending portfolios, including client-level credit performance, delinquencies, repayment trends, and yield optimization. Deliver actionable insights to leadership on risk, profitability, and growth opportunities. Partner with operations, finance, and strategy teams to design KPIs and performance metrics for business units. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making, deal evaluations, and new product launches. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems. Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in BI, analytics, and data storytelling.Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in consumer finance, lending, or financial services. Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices). Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases; experience with Python, R, or Rust is a plus. Interest in applying emerging AI tools for data analysis.
