Responsibilities
Seeking a Senior Quality Manager to drive quality and continual process improvement for a large program and a dynamic team within our Mission Enabling Operating Unit. The selected individual will be responsible for performing analysis and assessments of existing processes and contract deliverables needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of the program. Selected candidate will work directly with both the business and program management team to manage the overall quality of the program and Operating Unit.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establish and maintain Quality Management programs, procedures, and controls ensuring products and services conform to company standards of excellence.
- Implement and execute the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the Program to support planning, design, integration, and execution activities in accordance with program requirements.
- Perform monthly consolidation, aggregation, analysis, and reporting of performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively interface with customers, vendors, Program Management, Engineering, Integration, and support organizations to identify and resolve quality management issues.
- Identify, track, and escalate unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure.
- Review practices, procedures, and processes seeking avenues to improve program efficiency and effectiveness and reduce risk to the overall program.
- Educate program staff on quality impacts of existing processes and procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement that directly increase quality of outputs and deliverables.
- Present program quality initiatives and accomplishments at customer program reviews.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the program's quality policy and procedures within the Quality Management System (QMS) including performing internal audits to assess conformance.
- Support other ad hoc analysis, reporting, and activities as needed.
- Up to 1-2 days of occasional remote work per week, based on mission requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 18 years’ experience OR a master’s degree and 10+ years of experience. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Intrinsically motivated with excellent communication skills, and able to work on a geographically dispersed team.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring quality of contract deliverables.
- Experience initiating and leading a quality program, to include planning, execution, tracking, and SLA and other quality metrics reporting.
- Experience ensuring all issues are tracked through completion and that deliverables meet customer and company quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, including program and customer leadership, Task Leads, PMO staff (e.g., contracts, sub-contracts, finance, security, staffing etc.).
- Active TS/SCI w/poly
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar Quality Manager certification is highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-visibility tasks concurrently and meet recurring deadlines.
Business Analyst experience.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
