About the Role

As a Senior Intercompany Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity across multiple entities, supporting business decisions with reliable data, and strengthening internal controls within a SOX-compliant environment.
In this role, you will manage general ledger accounting activities for a portfolio of NOV entities, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. Working to tight deadlines, you will help maintain strong financial controls and drive the efficiency and reliability of financial operations.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and who is motivated to contribute to NOV’s ongoing financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise intercompany activities and support junior team members to ensure quality and consistency
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions
- Perform and validate balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to support business decisions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistency across financial data and processes
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Identify and drive improvements in processes, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure integrity of financial data across systems and reports
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in General Ledger or Intercompany accounting
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Proficient in using ERP systems, preferably JDE
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial information effectively

- Previous BlackLine and JDE experience
