Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Sign-on bonus available at select clinics
Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Details
Our East DFW clinics deliver hands-on, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care for diverse patient populations. Services include:
Orthopedic and sports therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Spine and TMJ care
Vestibular rehabilitation
Work injury rehabilitation
Gait and orthotic assessments
As part of Vista Physical Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), PTAs benefit from mentorship, continuing education, and leadership pathways in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes
Support clinic operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
